Silent noise - about spam, trojans and other nasty stuff

William Stanley offers socalled "Search Engine Optimization". There is obviously several ways to do this. One of his methods is spamming forums, other people's forums.

Stanley is also offering to "protect you reputation". As I write this, his latest domain where he is offering these services is complaintremover.com.
From that page:

We submit positive information about you or your business, pushing aside negative Internet posts.

And where do they submit this information?:

We have a network of thousands of high rank websites! This allows us the ability to dominate keywords and phrases such as your name or business!

I have not been able to find many of those "high rank websites".
What I have found is hundreds, if not thousands of registered domains but almost none of them are up. They have been nuked either by GoDaddy or by the host for spam/abuse.
What he appears to be doing is spamming forums. And I don't think those forums belongs to the "network of thousands of high rank websites". He just simply fills up other peoples forums with his junk.

What kind of people hire him to do this? The ones that hires him to protect their reputation, that is.
And what do they want to hide? I am a bit curious about that. Spamley's customers are easy to find, the work that has to be done is to separate the ordinary "SEO customers" from the shady ones.
He has a lot of doctors (dentists, cosmetic surgeons, some "LASIK" guys etc.) as customers, a quick search implicates some of them are trying to hide cases of malpractice and tax fraud.
A couple of names within finance/investments pops up too. A quick search again reveals some shady stuff.

One name that personally rang a bell was Tej Kohli. I came across that name about three years ago following some casino spam. Interesting stories about his companies from that time. And I found one ugly story from 2006 too. Now William Stanley is spamming forums about mr Kohli's support of 87 children in Costa Rica. And "Kohli Scholarship Fund for underprivileged kids" - in Central America. William Stanley, the laundry man.

Somehow, much of Spamley's forum spam are not found by Google.
Well, it seems Google is kind of finding those, but as times go by, they disappear from Google.
Is there someone out there reporting those to Google, hindering Spamley's "frea speach"?

I guess Kohli does not mind the methods, but what about those other guys? Is their past so dark that sinking down to forum spamming is worth it? Or do they at all know how Stanley is doing his work? Maybe I should ask them.
