Silent noise - about spam, trojans and other nasty stuff

There is probably a lot of people wondering why Ecatel is still up and running.
I've been wondering about it for a long time. (internal link).

One small example I came across lately is a site with the following metatags:

Oh, but it is the customer's fault! Isn't it so, Ecatel?

Ecatel is a sick, child abuse supporting host.
And should have been nuked a long time ago.
