Soloway is sadly enough out of jail.

Poor Robert Alan Soloway has some mental health issues.
The judge showed some mercy and let him out.
My personal theory is that it is probably easier to kill himself when he is out.
Clever guys those judges.

You should read that crap from his lawyer.
I don't think a judge would fall for it, so the only explanation has to be that he hopes Soloway is going to kill himself.

From an earlier little story I wrote about a month ago, I repeat a quote from Steve Linfords predictions back in 2005:

I have a hunch that the oldawg from GPC marketing is lined up in the queue.
Mentioned on this blog earlier, here about infections and botnet (July 2007) and here about a possible connection to Soloway (March 2007).

But because I am often mistaken, my hunch is likely not worth much.
But who knows, maybe Soloway sang a tune or two from his cell?

Reusing an "old" domain this time, emailbroadcastauthority.com.
Only 7,5 hours after spamvertizing theemailadvertisingcompany.com, spam comes in for emailbroadcastauthority.com. He is changing domains faster than I change my underwear.
This time registered in the name of his old buddy Liu Feng.
Wonder if he was not satisfied with Leohosting? There has been a few comments from other spammers that claim Leo scammed them.
